PROCESS EVALUATION:

A Process Evaluation consists of observing a current state process to look for steps that can be automated.  We also collect data in order to develop a list of Non-value added activities versus Value added activities, highlighting ergonomic issues and material flow constraints. We will then create a report of recommendations for Automation and Value Stream Optimization.  Our goal is to help our customers develop a strategy around there goals via combining the right mix of automation and process improvement to Maximize Throughput while Minimizing Operating Expenses.
